What started as a vision to create a sports comprehensive training facility that integrates instruction, performance, and recovery under one roof has transpired into reality. Contender Academy, PR Performance, and Recover have joined forces and Game Ready has been formed.

Game Ready will give athletes access to knowledge, training methodologies, cutting-edge equipment, and recovery techniques to prepare them to compete at their next competition or sporting event.

At Game Ready, athletes can expect:

2. **Performance training :** PR Sports Performance brings its expertise in optimizing athletic performance through personalized training programs, speed, acceleration, agility, plyometrics, power, strength and conditioning sessions, and as current as it gets sports science insights.

3. **Recovery Services:** Recover offers top-notch recovery services, including physical therapy to help athletes recover faster.

4.**Cage Rental:** We’ll offer cage rental opportunities and more to help teams and individuals prepare for the game.
